流体流量的测量中广泛使用标准节流件作为测量部件,它虽然具有被测介质范围宽、运行费用低等优点,也存在量程比小,精度不高的缺点,而且计算过程特别繁杂,给使用带来一些麻烦,本文分析产生上述缺点的原因并提出了一种新型全补偿算法,对如何求取密度、流量系统、流束膨胀系数、节流件通径等四种补偿因子的具体算法,通过生产实践证明全补偿算法可以大大提高量程比和精度,有很大的实用价值。
