[目的]探讨乌鲁木齐市三级甲等医院ICU医护人员医院感染知识的认知情况,为进一步加强ICU医院感染防控工作提供依据。[方法]从乌鲁木齐市16所三级甲等医院中分层随机抽取7所医院,将7所三级甲等医院ICU在岗医护人员整群抽样共675名医护人员作为研究对象,应用自制的医护人员医院感染知识调查问卷进行医院感染相关知识认知情况的调查。[结果]ICU医护人员医院感染知识得分23.45分±5.43分,文化程度、职称、职业为影响医护人员医院感染知识认知得分的相关因素。[结论]乌鲁木齐市三级甲等医院ICU医护人员医院感染知识认知情况良好,医院等相关部门应重视不同职业、职称及文化程度的医护人员医院感染知识的掌握情况,从而规范医务人员的行为。 [Objective] To investigate the cognition of nosocomial infection knowledge among ICU medical staffs in Urumqi Grade A and Grade Ⅲ hospitals, and provide evidence for further prevention and control of ICU nosocomial infections. [Methods] Seven hospitals were randomly selected from 16 tertiary first-class hospitals in Urumqi. A total of 675 medical staff from a cluster of ICU medical staff in 7 tertiary level hospitals were selected as research subjects. Investigation of hospital nosocomial infection knowledge questionnaire about knowledge of hospital infection. [Results] The scores of nosocomial infection knowledge score of ICU medical staff were 23.45 ± 5.43, and the educational level, professional title and occupation were the related factors that influenced the cognition score of hospital infection knowledge of medical staff. [Conclusion] The awareness of nosocomial infection among ICU medical staff in Urumqi Grade A and Grade A Hospitals is good. Hospital and other relevant departments should attach importance to the knowledge of nosocomial infection of doctors and nurses of different occupations, titles and educational level so as to standardize the behaviors of medical personnel .
