常规的大地测量方式无法实现桥梁动态变形监测,针对常规变形监测手段的缺陷,采用非量测数码相机和数据处理软件组成的快速摄影测量系统对桥梁进行瞬间实时变形监测:首先布设控制点和变形观测点,其次用经过检定的数码相机对桥梁进行拍摄,得到承载变形信息的照片;最后根据空间时间基线视差法完成数据的解算,并以图形的形式展现结果。数据表明:快速摄影测量系统对桥梁进行变形观测,操作简便,可以同时观测多个变形点,成果精度达到3/1 000。快速摄影测量系统实现了数据的采集、处理、显示一体化,满足了工程技术人员的需要,并且能够为桥梁安全的快速决策提供技术支持。
Conventional geodetic methods can not realize dynamic deformation monitoring of bridges. In order to overcome the shortcomings of conventional deformation monitoring methods, an instantaneous photogrammetric system consisting of non-measurement digital camera and data processing software is used to monitor the instantaneous deformation of the bridge. First, the control points and deformation Observation points, and secondly, the bridge was photographed with a verified digital camera to obtain a photograph of the information bearing the deformation. Finally, the data was solved according to the baseline time-space parallax method, and the result was displayed graphically. The data shows that the rapid photogrammetric system can observe the deformation of the bridge easily. It can observe many deformation points at the same time, and the result precision reaches 3/1000. The rapid photogrammetric system realizes the data collection, processing and display integration to meet the needs of engineering and technical personnel, and can provide technical support for the rapid decision-making of bridge safety.
