为规范房屋租赁,坚决取缔非法租赁行为,市人民政府决定加强房屋租赁市场管理。根据《中华人民共和国城市房地产管理法》、建设部《城市房屋租赁管理办法》、《广州市房屋租赁管理办法》等有关法律、法规、规章的规定,现就有关事项通告如下:一、本市市辖区范围内的房屋租赁和管理,适用本通告。二、市国土房管部门负责本通告的组织实施。区国土房管部门负责本辖区内房屋(不包括涉外房屋和市属以上宾馆、酒店房屋)租赁管理。
In order to regulate housing leasing and resolutely ban illegal leasing, the Municipal People’s Government decided to strengthen the management of the housing leasing market. According to the provisions of the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Urban Real Estate Management, the Measures for Administration of Urban Housing Leasing by the Ministry of Construction and the Measures for the Administration of Housing Lease in Guangzhou, the relevant matters are hereby announced as follows: I. The Municipality The city area within the scope of housing leasing and management, apply this circular. Second, the city land and house department is responsible for organizing the implementation of this circular. District land and housing administration is responsible for the area of the house (not including foreign-related housing and municipal hotels above, hotel houses) rental management.
