在剖面图上,圆锥齿轮的支承端距是指顶锥与背锥的交点到支承端面的轴向距离。一般圆锥齿轮的支承端距尺寸要求是较精确的。在单件小批生产的车间,没有专门的量具,用万能量具直接测量很不准确。我们利用一个圆柱销和一个高度尺进行支承端距的间接测量。如图所示,在平台上把圆锥齿轮的尖角靠在方箱或直角尺的直立面上,用一个适当直径的、经过精确测量的圆柱销,夹在齿顶圆锥和直立面之间。
In the sectional view, the bevel gear support end distance refers to the axial distance between the top cone and the back cone of the intersection point to the support end face. Small single-batch production workshop, there is no special measuring tools, universal measuring instrument with direct measurement is not accurate. We use a cylindrical pin and a height ruler to measure the end of the bearing indirectly. As shown in the figure, the sharp bevel gear bears on the platform against the upright face of the square box or square, with a pin of exactly the right diameter, with precisely measured pins, sandwiched between the cone of the tip and the upright.
