河南省地处黄土高原向黄、淮、海平原和暖温带向亚热带的过渡地带,地跨黄、淮、江、海四大水系,境内有太行、伏牛、大别、桐柏四大山系。特殊的地理位置和气候条件以及人口密度大、人为干扰因素多等,导致全省水土流失严重,水土流失面积(6.06万km2)占土地总面积(16.7万km2)的36.3%。改革开放以来,随着工业化和城市化进程的加快,特别是近几年随着河南省基础设施建设力度的加大,生产建设项目在施工过程中造成的水土流失量逐渐增加。严重的水土流失不仅加剧了生态环境恶化,而且造成了地区生态和经济发展的恶性循环。1河南省地貌类型
Henan Province is located in the Loess Plateau to the Yellow River, Huai, the sea plains and warm temperate zone to the subtropical transition zone, across the Yellow River, Huai, Jiang, sea four major aquifers, the territory of the Taihang, the Funiu, Dabie, Tongbai four mountains . The special geographical and climatic conditions as well as the large population density and many man-made disturbances have led to serious soil erosion in the province. The area of soil erosion (60,600 km2) accounts for 36.3% of the total land area (167,000 km2). Since the reform and opening up, with the acceleration of the process of industrialization and urbanization, especially with the increase of infrastructure construction in Henan Province in recent years, the amount of soil and water loss caused by the construction and construction projects gradually increases.
