荔浦县大力发展乡镇企业,到1991年,乡镇企业总收入达3.03亿元,比上年增长25.75%,占全县财政收入的三分之一,其工业产值已占全县工业总产值的55.62%;今年1～4月,该县乡镇企业总收入9981.89万元,占全县工业生产销售收入的58%。乡镇企业已成为该县工业的主要支柱。最近,该县通过学习邓小平南巡重要讲话,决心加快改革步伐,用3年时间完成五年计划任务,全县乡镇企业总收入1993力争超过5亿元。为实现这一目标,从今年起,采取如下措施:
Lipu County vigorously developed township enterprises. By 1991, the total income of township and village enterprises reached 303 million yuan, up 25.75% over the previous year and accounting for one third of the entire county’s fiscal revenue. Its industrial output value accounted for the entire county’s industrial output value 55.62%; January to April this year, the county township enterprises total revenue 99,818,900 yuan, accounting for 58% of the county industrial production and sales revenue. Township enterprises have become the mainstay of the county’s industry. Recently, through studying Deng Xiaoping’s southern tour an important speech, the county resolved to speed up the pace of reform and complete the five-year planning mission in three years. The total income of township and village enterprises in the county in 1993 will strive to exceed 500 million yuan. To achieve this goal, starting from this year, take the following measures:
