我厂411-72号桥式吊车,原是50年代产品,桥架上有火线14条(其中二条是安装电磁铁用的),火线滚轮14个,其轮、轴材质均为铸青铜。(滚轮结构如图1所示)。过去,导电时,轮有轴向窜量和径向跳动,不易密封,轮轴之间未采用过润滑剂润滑,只是在装配时加大配合公差(一般间隙都在0.30~0.50毫米。滚轮在运行约1000小时后,内孔就被磨成椭圆形,间隙甚至达到10毫米以上,容易造成断续供电现象,即产生电火花击伤滚轮孔表面,既影响天吊正常运行,还须频频换滚轮,浪费材料。现在,我们在轮轴之间采用石墨粉末作润滑剂,其方法是;将滚轮加工成图2所示,轮轴结构不变,配合公差选择D_3/dc_3
