目的 评价高聚金葡素 (HAS)局部治疗浅表转移性肿瘤的近期疗效及对机体免疫功能的影响。方法 对35例浅表转移性肿瘤患者实施局部治疗 ,HAS10 0 0 U瘤体内注射 ,每日 1次 ,总疗程 30天。采用流式细胞术检测淋巴细胞亚群及 CD2 8+ 淋巴细胞 ,CD96 L+ 淋巴细胞。采用 MTT法检测淋巴细胞杀伤活性 ,并作淋巴细胞杀伤活性与 CD96 L+ 淋巴细胞变化的相关分析。结果 CR1例、PR10例、MR18例、CS6例 ,总缓解率为 31.4% ,总有效率为 82 .9%。治疗后较治疗前患者淋巴细胞增多 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,尤以 T8+ 淋巴细胞增多明显 (P<0 .0 1) ,淋巴细胞杀伤活性增高 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,而 B细胞、NK细胞无明显变化 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,淋巴细胞杀伤活性与 CD96 L+淋巴细胞变化呈正相关 (r=0 .840 ,P<0 .0 1)。结论 HAS治疗浅表转移性肿瘤近期疗效明显 ,能增强机体细胞免疫功能 ,fasl- fas死亡通道可介导淋巴细胞的细胞毒性。
Objective To evaluate the short-term effect of topical treatment of hypermetaselulose (HAS) on superficial metastatic tumors and its effect on immune function. Methods 35 cases of superficial metastatic tumor were treated locally. HAS10 0 U tumor was injected in vivo once daily for 30 days. Flow cytometry was used to detect lymphocyte subsets and CD28 + lymphocytes and CD96 L + lymphocytes. The cytotoxic activity of lymphocytes was detected by MTT assay. The correlation between the cytotoxic activity of lymphocytes and the changes of CD 96 L + lymphocytes were also analyzed. Results CR1 cases, PR10 cases, MR18 cases, CS6 cases, the total remission rate was 31.4%, the total effective rate was 82.9%. After treatment, the number of lymphocytes increased (P <0.05), especially the increase of T8 + lymphocytes (P <0.01) and the increase of lymphocyte cytotoxicity (P <0. 05) There were no significant changes in NK cells and NK cells (P> 0.05). Lymphocyte cytotoxicity was positively correlated with CD96 L + lymphocytes (r = 0.804, P <0.01). Conclusion HAS treatment of superficial metastatic tumors obvious effect in the near future, can enhance cellular immune function, fasl-fas death channel can mediate lymphocyte cytotoxicity.
