目的观察灯盏细辛总黄酮对青光眼模型大鼠视功能的保护作用。方法采用Akira法制作大鼠青光眼模型,予灯盏细辛总黄酮进行治疗一个月,观察其对模型大鼠眼压及多焦视网膜电图的影响。结果随着高眼压的持续,大鼠多焦视网膜电图改变以反应密度的减弱为主,并呈进行性发展;予灯盏细辛总黄酮干预后,大鼠眼压逐渐降低,多焦视网膜电图P1波总峰潜时有一定恢复,与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);总反应密度及第2环P1波反应密度回升明显,与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论灯盏细辛总黄酮可以一定程度降低模型大鼠眼压,改善其受损视功能,是灯盏细辛视神经保护作用的有效部位。
Objective To observe the protective effect of Erigeron flavonoids on visual function in glaucoma model rats. Methods The rat glaucoma model was made by Akira method and treated with total flavonoids of Erigeron breviscapus for one month to observe the effect on ocular tension and multifocal electroretinogram in model rats. Results With the continuous intraocular pressure (IOP), the changes of multifocal electroretinogram in rats were mainly caused by the decrease of reaction density, and progressed progressively. After the intervention of Erigeron breviscapus total flavone, the intraocular pressure of rats decreased gradually, The total peak latency of the P1 wave in the electropatogram recovered to a certain extent, which was significantly different from the model group (P <0.05); the total reaction density and the P1 wave response density of the second ring rose significantly, with statistical differences Significance (P <0.05). Conclusion The total flavonoids of Erigeron Breviscapus can reduce intraocular pressure and improve the visual function of the model rats, which is an effective part of the protective effect of Asarum.
