近年来,随着文化的大繁荣、大发展,群众文化建设取得了令人瞩目的成就,大大改善了人民群众的文化生活。但纵观全局,不难发现其中仍存在着“文化滞差”现象,在一定程度上阻碍了群众文化建设的顺利实施。本文中笔者结合自身的工作经验,对其中存在的问题展开探究,并提出了一些应对措施,希望能够有力推动群众文化建设,为人民群众的精神生活“加餐”。
In recent years, with the great prosperity and great development of culture, remarkable achievements have been made in building mass culture and the people’s cultural life has been greatly improved. However, looking at the overall situation, it is not hard to find that there still exists a phenomenon of “cultural lag”, which to a certain extent impeded the smooth implementation of mass cultural construction. In this paper, the author combined his own work experience, to explore the problems that exist therein and put forward some countermeasures, hoping to vigorously promote the construction of mass culture for the spiritual life of the masses.
