目的:了解Fas 抗原及bcl2 蛋白在甲状腺肿瘤组织中表达的意义。方法:用流式细胞技术对14 例乳头状甲状腺癌,16例甲状腺腺瘤及32 例结节性甲状腺肿组织中Fas 抗原和bcl2 蛋白的表达进行检测。结果:上述3 组织中均测到Fas 抗原和bcl2 蛋白。3 种组织中Fas 抗原和bcl2 蛋白表达没有统计学差异(F=2.78,P>0.05;F=2.56,P>0.05)。乳头状甲状腺癌组织Fas 抗原表达与bcl2 蛋白表达有明显相关性(r=0.646,P<0.05),其他两种组织中Fas 抗原与bcl2 表达均无相关性( P>0-05)。结论:上述3 种组织中均有Fas 抗原和bcl2 蛋白的表达,均参与了甲状腺肿瘤组织中细胞凋亡的调节。细胞凋亡异常与乳头状甲状腺癌的发生有密切关系。
Objective: To understand the significance of Fas antigen and bcl2 protein expression in thyroid tumor. Methods: The expression of Fas antigen and bcl2 in 14 cases of papillary thyroid carcinoma, 16 cases of thyroid adenoma and 32 cases of nodular goiter were detected by flow cytometry. Results: Fas antigen and bcl2 protein were detected in the above three tissues. There was no significant difference in the expression of Fas antigen and bcl2 between the three tissues (F = 2.78, P> 0.05; F = 2.56, P> 0.05). The expression of Fas antigen in papillary thyroid carcinoma was significantly correlated with the expression of bcl2 (r = 0.646, P <0.05). There was no correlation between Fas antigen and bcl2 in the other two tissues P> 0-05). Conclusion: The expression of Fas antigen and bcl2 in the above three tissues all participate in the regulation of apoptosis in thyroid tumor. Abnormal apoptosis and papillary thyroid cancer are closely related.
