一、就地储藏这种方式适合于南方冬天最冷气温在0℃以上地区。将种植的胡萝卜不采收就地越冬储藏,然后在春节期间采收上市。但最迟要赶惊蛰节气采收完毕,不然会发芽,生长新叶消耗养分,会使其品质变坏或抽薹失去商品价值。但也有冬天最冷气温在-3℃地区,采用农膜覆盖或盖3～5厘米厚土就地储藏越冬的,价格高时采收。盖农膜与盖土储藏,都要在大冻之前进行,压严塑料膜防止被风吹掉,盖足土层,保温安全越冬。
