机壳以及叶轮的焊接变形给风机的装配、机壳的结构尺寸、表面质量及内在质量都产生不利影响。研究焊接变形的规律及变形的控制,矫正方法,对通风机生产工艺的优化及产品质量的提高具有重大意义。通过对通风机机壳焊接变形,以及叶轮焊接变形的产生原因及特点进行分析,制定出比较合理、实用的矫正方法,实际应用后,使用效果良好。
The deformation of the shell and impeller welding deform the fan assembly, the size of the shell structure, the surface quality and the inherent quality are adversely affected. Studying the law of welding deformation and the control and correction methods of deformation have great significance to the optimization of the production process of ventilator and the improvement of product quality. By analyzing the deformation of the fan shell and the causes and characteristics of the welding deformation of the impeller, a more reasonable and practical correction method is developed. After the practical application, the effect is good.
