以WC-8%Ni硬质合金为研究对象,采用扫描电镜、金相显微镜、X射线衍射仪以及显微硬度测试仪等设备研究了真空烧结温度对合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,在1 450℃真空烧结温度下制备的WC-8%Ni硬质合金具有最为优异的力学性能,合金相对密度、HV30硬度、断裂韧性(KIC)分别为99.81%、13.23GPa、24.22MPa·m1/2。通过Murakami试剂浸蚀和XRD分析,确定了1 475℃以上烧结合金中存在η相,并讨论了η相对合金力学性能的影响。
The effect of vacuum sintering temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of WC-8% Ni cemented carbide was investigated by scanning electron microscopy, optical microscope, X-ray diffraction and microhardness tester. The results show that the WC-8% Ni hard alloy prepared by vacuum sintering at 1 450 ℃ has the most excellent mechanical properties. The relative density, HV30 hardness and fracture toughness (KIC) of the WC-8% Ni hard alloy are 99.81%, 13.23GPa and 24.22MPa · M1 / 2. Through the Murakami reagent etching and XRD analysis, it is confirmed that the η phase exists in the sintered alloy above 1475 ℃ and the influence of η on the mechanical properties of the alloy is discussed.
