传播集团是中国传媒业发展到一定阶段的必然产物。中国的广电传媒机构在向大传媒集团发展的道路上不断拓展业务范围,内容涵盖至广电产业链的各个方面。纵观我国传媒集团的发展历程,资本二字一路随行,所有传媒集团光辉发展的背后都离不开资本的支持。单一依靠广告经营收入作为广电传媒的收入结构显然已经不能适应现阶段传媒发展需要。因此,多元化的产业经营成为当下广电机构发展的趋势。为了更好的积累资本,形成完整的广电产业化经营,上市成为多数广电传媒机构共同的选择。
