针对管道长期服役造成防腐层破损的问题,提出了利用压电超声对管道防腐层进行检测的方法,研究了超声波在双层介质中传播时的传播特性。用有限元仿真软件COMSOL,构建了覆有完好防腐层的和破损防腐层的钢板模型,分析超声兰姆波在钢板中的传播速度和幅值的变化。得出超声兰姆波在覆有破损防腐层与覆有完好防腐层的钢板中传播相比速度快、衰减慢。
Aiming at the problem of damaged coating caused by long-term service of pipeline, a method of detecting pipeline coating by piezoelectric ultrasonic was proposed and the propagation characteristics of ultrasonic wave propagating in double-layer medium were studied. The finite element simulation software COMSOL was used to build a steel plate model with intact and damaged anticorrosive coating. The propagation velocity and amplitude of ultrasonic Lamb wave were analyzed. It is concluded that the ultrasonic Lamb wave propagates in the steel plate with the damaged coating and the intact coating with high speed and slow attenuation.
