本文研究了各种条件对锌灵敏度的影响。当贫焰捕集和富焰释放时,锌的灵敏度最高,其特征浓度为9.1×10~(-5)μg/ml。用10000μg/ml铝溶液喷涂石英管,使锌的灵敏度提高5倍,特征浓度是1.8×10~(-5)μg/ml。捕集5ng/ml锌溶液1分钟的相对标准偏差为2.7%。本法直接测定了高纯铝、血清和自来水中痕量锌。
This article studies the effect of various conditions on zinc sensitivity. Zinc has the highest sensitivity when it is collected by lean flames and released by rich flames. Its characteristic concentration is 9.1 × 10 -5 μg / ml. The quartz tube was sprayed with 10000μg / ml aluminum solution to increase the sensitivity of zinc by 5 times and the characteristic concentration was 1.8 × 10 -5 μg / ml. The relative standard deviation for 1 minute capture of 5 ng / ml zinc solution was 2.7%. This method is direct determination of trace amounts of zinc in high purity aluminum, serum and tap water.
