本研究使用具有不同交联度(CLD)的β-环糊精聚合物(β-CDP)为载体与布洛芬形成包合物,考察β-CDP结构和组成对药物载入和释放的影响。通过FT-IR和13C NMR确定β-CDP结构特征。结果表明在β-CDP中仍保留β-CD的原有结构特征。β-CDP的CLD是决定药物载入及释放的重要因素,增加β-CDP的CLD会使药物的载入量减少,释放量增大。
In this study, β-cyclodextrin polymers (β-CDP) with different degrees of crosslinking (CLD) were used as carriers to form inclusion complexes with ibuprofen. The effects of β-CDP structure and composition on drug loading and release . The structural features of β-CDP were confirmed by FT-IR and 13C NMR. The results show that the original structural features of β-CD remain in β-CDP. The CLD of β-CDP is an important factor that determines the loading and release of drugs. Increasing the CLD of β-CDP will decrease the drug loading and release.
