含氮、磷、钾的多元复合肥料,目前主要的造粒方法是转鼓造粒干燥工艺,其主要缺点是形成成品粒级比例小,粒子强度低,粉尘污染严重,操作环境十分恶劣。而且工艺流程长,物料的机械损失和热损失都很大,因而产品成本居高不下,严重影响复合肥料的产量和产品质量,是目前复肥生产中急待解决的一大难题。
At present, the main granulation method is the drum granulation and drying process. The main disadvantage of the granulation method is that the ratio of the grain size to the finished product is small, the particle strength is low, the dust pollution is serious and the operating environment is very poor. Moreover, the long process flow, the mechanical loss and the heat loss of the material are very large, so the product cost is high, which seriously affects the yield and product quality of the compound fertilizer. Therefore, it is a major problem to be solved urgently in the production of the compound fertilizer.
