介绍了盾构机刀盘主驱动及轴承传动系统,对盾构掘进机的关键部件——主驱动轴承进行了强度有限元分析,研究了主驱动轴承的边界条件、加载方式及载荷的等效计算方法。根据各工况的施工环境和条件,对已建立的主驱动轴承有限元模型进行约束、加载和分析,分析结果表明,主驱动轴承的失效主要是由于挤压疲劳引起的。
The main drive and bearing transmission system of cutterhead for shield tunneling machine are introduced. The finite element analysis of main driving bearing, which is the key component of shield tunneling machine, is carried out. The boundary condition, loading method and load equivalent of the main drive bearing are studied. Calculation method. According to the construction conditions and conditions of each condition, the established finite element model of the main drive bearing is restrained, loaded and analyzed. The analysis results show that the main drive bearing failure is mainly caused by the extrusion fatigue.
