[目的 ]为较具体地研究济南市市区机动车排气污染的现状 ,以便采取相应治理措施。 [方法 ] 1998年 3月 ,从总体和局部两个方面对济南市市区各型机动车污染物的排放量和主要路段污染项目进行了实地监测。 [结果 ]济南市机动车各主要污染物的排放量分别为氮氢化物 1.765× 10 4 t /年、一氧化碳 9.2 1× 10 4 t /年、总烃 1.0 6× 10 4 t /年。其中出租车、非出租轿车和摩托车的排放量合计分别占 3种污染物排放量的 95 9%、5 7 4%和 97 0 % ,且在历山路、北园路、大纬二路和泺源大街污染较重 ,是机动车污染的主要车型。 [结论 ]应该有计划地控制出租车和摩托车的增长速度 ,大力发展公共交通建设 ,改善机动车的性能及其运行状况。
[Objective] To study the current situation of vehicle exhaust pollution in urban area of Jinan City more specifically in order to take corresponding measures. [Method] March 1998, on both the overall and partial aspects of the urban areas of Jinan City, various types of motor vehicle emissions of pollutants and major road pollution projects conducted on-site monitoring. [Result] The main pollutants emission of motor vehicles in Jinan was 1.765 × 10 4 t / year for nitrogen hydride, 9.2 1 × 10 4 t / year for carbon monoxide and 1.0 6 × 10 4 t / year for total hydrocarbons respectively. Among them, the emission of taxis, non-rental cars and motorcycles together accounted for 95.9%, 57.4% and 97.0% respectively of the three pollutant emissions, and the emission levels of Licheng Road, Beiyuan Road, Lai source Street heavy pollution, motor vehicle pollution is the main model. [Conclusion] The growth rate of taxis and motorcycles should be controlled in a planned way, and public transport construction should be vigorously developed so as to improve the performance of motor vehicles and its operating conditions.
