用超声心动图测定33例冠心病人的MSA、EPSS、EF,并与正常组25例作比较,结果表明:OMI患者MSA、EPSS明显增加(P<0.01),EF明显降低(P<0.01);心绞痛患者仅MSA增加(P<0.05)。无论是OMI患者,还是心绞痛患者,MSA与EF的相关性均优于EPSS与EF的相关性。因此,MSA是测定左室功能简便,可靠的新指标。
The levels of MSA, EPSS and EF in 33 patients with coronary heart disease were measured by echocardiography. The results showed that MSA and EPSS were significantly increased (P <0.01), and EF was significantly lower in OMI patients (P <0.01) ; Only patients with angina increased MSA (P <0.05). The correlation between MSA and EF was better than that between EPSS and EF in both OMI patients and angina patients. Therefore, MSA is a new measure of left ventricular function is simple and reliable.
