湿陷性黄土地区重大工程项目建设中,对地基处理深度及防渗有较高要求时,超高能级强夯在消除深厚地基湿陷性,增强地基抗渗透能力方面有着非常好的性价比。在中石油庆阳石化公司搬迁改造项目中,我国首次在湿陷性黄土地区引进了15 000 kN.m超高能级强夯。本文介绍了超高能级强夯处理中的强夯参数、施工要求,并通过夯前夯后室内试验,现场静载试验、静探试验的对比,取得了良好的效果,以期为超高能级强夯在黄土地区推广提供经验和为地基处理规范中强夯部分的修订提供参考。
In the construction of major projects in collapsible loess area, the super-high-level dynamic compaction has a very good cost-effective ratio in eliminating the collapsibility of deep foundations and enhancing the anti-seepage ability of the foundation when the depth of foundation treatment and the seepage prevention are relatively high. In the project of relocation and reconstruction of PetroChina Qingyang Petrochemical Company, China first introduced 15 000 kN.m ultra-high-energy dynamic compaction in collapsible loess area. In this paper, the dynamic compaction parameters and construction requirements in the super-high-level dynamic compaction treatment are introduced, and the comparison between the dynamic compaction test and static test in the field after ramming, Ramification in the loess area to provide experience and provide a reference for the revision of the dynamic compaction part of the foundation treatment specification.
