目的:观察养阴降糖片联合银杏叶片作为干预药物对早期2型糖尿病患者氧化应激及胰岛素抵抗方面的作用。方法:将139例早期2型糖尿病患者随机分为两组,实验组(基础治疗+养阴降糖片+银杏叶片)104例,对照组(基础治疗)35例,观察两组治疗前后血糖(FBG、PBG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)变化的情况。结果:实验组MDA、GSH、SOD、FBG的变化均具有统计学意义(P﹤0.01),FINS、HOMA-IR变化无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);对照组MDA、FBG的变化具有统计学意义(P﹤0.01),GSH、SOD、FINS、HOMA-IR均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论:联合使用养阴降糖片和银杏叶片可降低早期2型糖尿病患者的氧化应激损伤,而对胰岛素抵抗无明显作用。
Objective: To observe the effects of Yangyin Hypoglycemic Tablets combined with Ginkgo biloba leaves on oxidative stress and insulin resistance in patients with early stage type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods: A total of 139 patients with early type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into two groups: 104 in the experimental group (basic therapy plus Yangyin Hypoglycemic Tablets + Ginkgo biloba) and 35 in the control group (basic treatment) FBG, PBG, FINS, MDA, SOD, GSH, HOMA-IR were measured. Results: The changes of MDA, GSH, SOD and FBG in the experimental group were statistically significant (P <0.01), while the changes of FINS and HOMA-IR were not statistically significant (P> 0.05). The changes of MDA and FBG in the control group were statistically significant (P <0.01). There were no significant differences in GSH, SOD, FINS and HOMA-IR (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Combined use of yin yang hypoglycemic agents and gingko biloba agents can reduce the oxidative stress injury in patients with early type 2 diabetes, but have no obvious effect on insulin resistance.
