目的确定航天操作复杂度评价模型中4项评价指标的权重系数。方法采用了2种权重分配法:客观权重法和主观权重法。其中主观权重法采用的是Delphi法+模糊层次分析法+多专家集值统计的方法,通过10名航天员问卷调查得到;客观权重法采用的是SPSS15统计软件的nonlinear的分析方法,对模型验证实验数据结果进行分析得到。结果得到评价指标的2套权重系数。结论主观权重因集合了多位专家的意见,而能适用于不同操作情境;客观权重则较适用于操作情境相同的情况。
Objective To determine the weight coefficients of four evaluation indexes in the aerospace operation complexity evaluation model. The method uses two kinds of weight distribution method: objective weight method and subjective weight method. Among them, the subjective weight method is Delphi method + fuzzy AHP + multi-expert set-valued statistics method, which is obtained through the questionnaire survey of 10 astronauts; the objective weight method adopts the nonlinear analysis method of SPSS15 statistical software, Experimental data analysis results obtained. The results obtained two sets of evaluation index weight coefficient. Conclusion Subjective weight is suitable for different operation situations because of the collection of many experts’ opinions. The objective weight is more suitable for situations with the same operation situation.
