目的研究6种芳香族挥发性有机物(苯甲醇、苯乙醇、苯乙醛、苯甲醛、丁酸苯乙酯、乙酸苯酯)对黄曲霉(Aspergillus flavus)的抑菌作用。方法采用了气体扩散法,在28℃下把黄曲霉分别暴露于1、2、4、8μl的6种芳香族挥发性有机物原液72 h。测定黄曲霉菌丝生长和产孢量。结果除了1μl的苯甲醛、丁酸苯乙酯、乙酸苯酯和2μl乙酸苯酯外,其余处理对黄曲霉菌丝生长都有抑制作用,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);1μl苯甲醛、苯甲醇、苯乙醇、丁酸苯乙酯、乙酸苯酯和2μl的丁酸苯乙酯、乙酸苯酯对产孢量无影响,其余处理条件对产孢量均有抑制作用,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论 6种芳香族挥发性有机物对黄曲霉菌有不同程度的抑制作用。
Objective To study the bacteriostasis of six aromatic volatile organic compounds (benzyl alcohol, phenethyl alcohol, phenylacetaldehyde, benzaldehyde, phenethyl butyrate, phenyl acetate) against Aspergillus flavus. Methods A gas diffusion method was used to separately inoculate Aspergillus flavus into 1, 2, 4 and 8μl of six kinds of aromatic volatile organic compounds stock solution at 28 ℃ for 72 h. Determination of Aspergillus flavus mycelial growth and sporulation. Results All the treatments had inhibitory effects on the growth of mycelium of Aspergillus flavus except for 1μl of benzaldehyde, phenethyl butyrate, phenyl acetate and 2μl of phenyl acetate, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05, P <0.01) ; 1μl of benzaldehyde, benzyl alcohol, phenethyl alcohol, phenyl butyrate, phenyl acetate and 2μl of phenethyl butyrate, phenyl acetate had no effect on sporulation, and the rest of the treatments inhibited the sporulation , The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion Six kinds of aromatic volatile organic compounds inhibit Aspergillus flavus to varying degrees.
