良性前列腺增生症(BPH)是一种最常见的老年性疾病,严重影响老年男性的生活,给社会带来沉重负担。尽管明确雄激素是其重要病因之一,但BPH发病机理仍不清楚。近年来,少数国外学者发现BPH患者存在免疫调节异常,我们也在临床工作中观察到卡介苗可使BPH患者排尿困难明显改善。为了解BPH患者的免疫功能状态,我们通过流式细胞仪(FACS)检测 BPH患者外周血淋巴细胞表型及HLA-DR、mIL-2R的表达,旨在从免疫学角度初步探讨BPH的发病机理。
Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) is one of the most common senile diseases that seriously affects the lives of elderly men and places a heavy burden on the community. Although it is clear that androgen is one of the important causes, the pathogenesis of BPH remains unclear. In recent years, a small number of foreign scholars found abnormal immune regulation in patients with BPH, and we also observed in clinical practice that BCG can significantly improve dysuria in BPH patients. To understand the immune status of BPH patients, we detected the peripheral blood lymphocyte phenotype and the expression of HLA-DR and mIL-2R by flow cytometry (FACS) in order to investigate the pathogenesis of BPH from an immunological point of view .
