本文观察γ线照后肠套叠发生与肠运动的关系.实验分正常组、单照组、单烧组、放烧复合伤组.结果观察到各组照后小肠收缩频率无明显改变.6Gy单照组、单烧组和复合伤组在照后不同时间均出现不同程度的肠运动紊乱,除单烧组在伤后第2天有1例套叠外其余各组均未见肠套叠.10Gy照后各组肠运动严重紊乱,强收缩发生率增多,各组肠套叠发生有所增高,单照组为17.3%、复合伤组为25.0%,套叠多发生在照后4~8天,发生部位多在空肠,绝大多数出现套叠的小肠同时伴有运动增强现象.我们认为复合烧伤可以加重肠运动紊乱,使套叠发生率增多.
