为了适应社会的发展及其对人才的需求,作为为社会输出专业技术人才的技校,必须跟上时代的变迁,培养出能够适应时代需求具备创新能力和实践能力的人才。其中,实验教学作为教学中培养学生实践能力的关键环节受到了越来越多的重视。在传统的实验教学中,单纯的传授知识和接受知识并不能完备的培养学生的实验能力和创新能力。所以,各个技校都在实施教学改革,期望能够通过教学改革培养出更加适应社会的人才。在实验教学的中,实验员和实验教师是关键。实验室的教学改革也对实验员的综合素质和工作态度、专业素质提出了一定的要求。本文中,就将从两个方面来详细谈谈实验室改革对实验员的影响,希望广大实验员能够从自身做起,尽快适应实验室教学改革,为学生和实验室发展提供更好的帮助。
In order to adapt to the development of the society and its demand for qualified personnel, as a technical school that exports professional and technical personnel to the society, we must keep up with the changes of the times and cultivate qualified personnel capable of adapting to the needs of the times and having innovative and practical skills. Among them, the experimental teaching as a key part of teaching students in practice ability has received more and more attention. In traditional experimental teaching, purely imparting knowledge and accepting knowledge can not fully develop students’ experimental ability and innovative ability. Therefore, all technical schools are implementing the teaching reform, hoping to cultivate more qualified personnel through the teaching reform. In experimental teaching, experimenters and experimental teachers are the key. The teaching reform in the laboratory also poses certain requirements to the comprehensive quality and working attitude of the laboratory technician and the professional quality. In this article, we will discuss in detail the impact of laboratory reform on lab technicians in the two aspects. We hope that most lab workers can start from themselves and adapt to lab teaching reform as soon as possible so as to provide better help to students and laboratory development .
