虽然企业生产出了产品,做了广告,搞了公关。但是,产品无法进入有效终端市场销售,那么,一切努力都是白费!把握终端靠什么,靠有效的终端制控策略。平时,我们在超级市场所能看到的产品实际上只是同期生产出的产品的一小部分罢了,可以毫不夸张地按照终端铺货的2/8定律来分割,也就是说能够进入有效的强势终端进行销售的产品仅占总数的大约20%而已,还有80%的产品要进入分销能力较弱的中低端市场。由此可见,要想实现好的销售业绩并非易事,如何做好终端是关键。
