一种方案全新的连续波调频参数测试仪LFC—1已由电子部1014所研制成功。于1987年6月由上海地区计量站计量指标合格,1987年9月通过由用户参加的所级鉴定。其工作频率高达IOGHz,比我国现有仪表最高工作频率高一个量级;其调频频率最高可达500kHz,是我国目前现有仪表最高调制频率的2~3倍。其计量频偏的误差为±3.7%,同时能对低周频率调制的频偏、对调幅度、对双调频及其相移关系进行综合同时测量。用户报告认为,该仪器的研制成功,解决了我国某武器系统多年来未解决的参数测试问题;鉴定委员会认为,其技术指标达到了八十年代国际水平。本文介绍其原理,对关键技术问题进行了理论分析。
A program of new continuous wave frequency modulation parameter tester LFC-1 has been developed by the Department of Electronics 1014 success. In June 1987 by the Shanghai metrological station measurement indicators passed in September 1987 by the user to participate in the level of identification. Its working frequency is up to IOGHz, which is one order of magnitude higher than the maximum operating frequency of the existing instrumentation in China. Its frequency modulation frequency is up to 500kHz, which is 2 to 3 times of the highest modulation frequency of the current instrumentation in our country. The error of the measurement frequency offset is ± 3.7%. Meanwhile, the frequency offset, the amplitude modulation, the dual frequency modulation and the phase shift relation of the low frequency frequency modulation can be simultaneously and comprehensively measured. According to the report of the user, the successful development of this instrument solves the problem of parameter testing that has not been solved by a Chinese weapon system over the years. The appraisal committee believes that its technical indicators have reached the international standards in the 1980s. This article describes its principles, the theoretical analysis of key technical issues.
