已知单次灌洗低温保存犬肾72～96小时移植成功,在此基础上我们用10个犬肾,经四唑蓝还原反应试验结合组织学检查,观察应用高渗构橡酸盐腺嘌呤溶液(HC-A液)保存离体肾脏的效果,为肾脏保存的研究和肾移植提供一定的理论根据。
Known a single irrigation canine cryogenic preservation of canine kidney transplantation 72 to 96 hours, on the basis of which we use 10 canine kidney, tetrazolium reduction reaction combined with histological examination observed the use of hyperosmolar adenine Solution (HC-A solution) to preserve the effect of isolated kidneys, provide some theoretical basis for the study of kidney preservation and kidney transplantation.
