目的探讨护患沟通技巧对提高急诊抢救成功率及护理满意度的影响。方法将2015年12月—2016年12月收治的危重症患者60例随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例,对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以加强护患沟通技巧的护理操作,采用焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)评分,抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)评价两组心理状态;统计两组护理满意度和急诊抢救成功率。计量资料比较采用t检验;计数资料比较采用χ2检验,P<0.05为差异具有统计学意义。结果观察组护理满意度评分高于对照组,观察组急诊抢救成功率96.7%高于对照组73.3%,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组SAS评分、SDS评分[(43.86±4.17)分、(49.24±1.33)分]低于对照组[(51.77±4.66)分、(56.46±1.58)分],差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论护患沟通技巧的合理应用可提高抢救成功率和护理满意度。
Objective To explore the impact of nurse-patient communication skills on improving the emergency rescue rate and nursing satisfaction. Methods Sixty critically ill patients admitted from December 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing care. The observation group was given the nursing operation of nurse-patient communication skills. Self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) were used to evaluate the psychological status of both groups. The success rate of nursing satisfaction and emergency rescue was calculated. Measurement data were compared using t test; count data were compared using χ2 test, P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results The score of nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group. The emergency rescue rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (96.7% vs 73.3%, P <0.05), SAS score and SDS score [(43.86 ± 4.17), (49.24 ± 1.33) points lower than the control group [(51.77 ± 4.66) points, (56.46 ± 1.58) points], the difference was statistically significant (all P <0.05). Conclusion The appropriate application of nurse-patient communication skills can improve the success rate of rescue and satisfaction with nursing.
