现行的岗位技能工资制度作为一种新的分配形式,在改革过去的等级工资制度,提高劳动生产率,贯彻按劳分配原则方面起到了一定作用,但在市场经济不断发展的今天,这种分配形式已经不太适应现代企业发展的需要。现根据我国企业存在的现状,就如何改进现有的工资分配形式,更好的体现按劳分配原则等方面谈了几点粗浅的看法,以期引起各级经营管理者的重视,从而让全社会形成学习技术,注重技能的良好氛围,不断提高广大劳动者的技术业务素质,使工资真正发挥出经济杠杆作用。
