目的了解高碑店市小学生的身体健康状况,为制定符合该市实际情况的小学生健康干预措施提供科学依据。方法根据卫生部《中小学生健康体检管理办法》的规定和要求,对高碑店市33 160名小学生进行健康检查。结果小学生身高、体重、血压平均异常率分别为6.24%、7.83%、0.43%,发育不良率为1.47%,营养不良率为2.79%,心肺功能异常率为0.05%,视力不良率为18.64%,沙眼为5.88%、龋齿为19.48%。其中视力不良、龋齿2项指标不同年级之间检出率差异有统计学意义;随着年龄的增加,学生视力低下患病率呈明显上升趋势(χ2=328.89,P<0.01);而龋齿患病率则呈下降趋势(χ2=2 785.55,P<0.01)。其他检查的6项指标不同年级之间差异无统计学意义。结论该市小学生身高、体重、血压;发育、营养、心肺功能、沙眼等项目的检出情况尚属正常。视力不良的异常结果不容乐观,相关部门应积极开展有效的健康教育,倡导良好的健康习惯,以提高小学生的健康水平。
Objective To understand the health condition of pupils in Gaobeidian and to provide a scientific basis for formulating health interventions for pupils in line with the actual situation in the city. Methods According to the regulations and requirements of the “Administrative Measures on Health Examination of Primary and Secondary School Students” issued by the Ministry of Health, 33 160 primary school students in Gaobeidian City were inspected for their health. Results The average abnormalities of height, weight and blood pressure of primary school students were 6.24%, 7.83% and 0.43% respectively. Malnutrition rate was 1.47%, malnutrition rate was 2.79%, cardiopulmonary dysfunction rate was 0.05%, vision impairment rate was 18.64% Trachoma was 5.88%, dental caries was 19.48%. Among them, the detection rate of poor eyesight and dental caries in two grades of different grades had statistical significance. With the increase of age, the prevalence of poor eyesight of students showed an obvious upward trend (χ2 = 328.89, P <0.01); while dental caries The incidence rate showed a downward trend (χ2 = 2 785.55, P <0.01). There was no significant difference among the 6 items of other examinations in different grades. Conclusion The height, weight and blood pressure of pupils in the city are normal. The detection of development, nutrition, cardiopulmonary function, trachoma and other items is still normal. Abnormal results of poor eyesight is not optimistic, the relevant departments should actively carry out effective health education, promote good health habits, in order to improve the health of primary school students.
