目的 探讨低钾性周期性麻痹患者细胞膜ATP依赖Na+/K+通道活性与细胞内外钾离子转运异常的关系。方法 检测 17例低钾性麻痹患者和 16名健康对照者血红细胞 (RBC)ATP酶活性并予统计分析。结果 低钾性周期性麻痹患者RBCNa+/K+ATP酶活性 [(2 5 6± 3 5 ) μmol·(10 7RBC) 1·h 1]显著高于对照组 [(6 2± 0 9) μmol·(10 7RBC) 1·h 1,P <0 0 1];肾小管性酸中毒组 [(1 9± 0 8) μmol·10 7(RBC) 1·h 1]低于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;甲状腺功能亢进组 [(6 8± 4 1) μmol·(10 7RBC) 1·h 1]与对照组无显著差别。结论 低钾性周期性麻痹患者红细胞膜Na+/K+ATP酶活性与对照组及其他原因低钾患者有显著差异 ,提示其发病机制与细胞内外钾离子转运异常有关 ,但触发因素还有待进一步研究。
Objective To investigate the relationship between ATP-dependent Na + / K + channel activity and abnormal intracellular potassium transport in patients with hypokalemic periodic paralysis. Methods The RBC ATPase activities of 17 patients with hypokalemic paralysis and 16 healthy controls were detected and statistically analyzed. Results The activity of RBCNa + / K + ATPase in patients with hypokalemic periodic paralysis [(2.56 ± 3.5) μmol · (10 7 RBC) 1 · h 1] was significantly higher than that in the control group [(6 2 ± 0 9) μmol · (10 7 RBC) 1 · h 1, P 0 01). The renal tubular acidosis group (1 9 ± 0 8) μmol · 10 7 (RBC) 1 · h 1] was lower than that of the control group 0 5). There was no significant difference between the hyperthyroidism group and the control group [(6 8 ± 4 1) μmol · (10 7 RBC) 1 · h 1]. Conclusions The activity of Na + / K + ATPase in erythrocyte membrane in patients with hypokalemic periodic paralysis is significantly different from that in control group and other patients with hypokalemia, suggesting that the pathogenesis is related to the abnormality of intracellular and extracellular potassium ion transport, but the triggering factors need to be further studied .
