随着我国经济的快速发展与社会主义市场经济体制的不断完善,市场竞争也变得越来越激烈,企业产品市场营销过程成本发幅度上升,因此必须要加强产品市场营销目标成本管理,合理控制产品市场营销成本,只有这样才能够提高企业的核心竞争力,进而保证企业在市场中的稳步快速发展。本文首先介绍了产品市场营销的目标成本及其管理的重要性,接着分析了产品市场营销的目标成本管理中存在的问题,然后针对这些问题提出了一些合理化的建议。
