我国在天然气的勘探开发过程中,含硫气田占据很大的比例。因硫化氢具有诸多危害,因而增大了对此类气田的开发难度,对此国内外诸多油田都针对这一难题制定相应的技术措施和标准,针对衔接含硫气井钻井与开采的完井技术研究也非常广泛,已形成了多套技术标准。我国对含硫气田的完井技术标准也已日渐成熟,尤其在川东北区域,已经形成了比较完整的完井技术体系。本文主要参照QSH0025-2006、QSH0022-2007行业标准及相关文献阐述了完井过程中关键的几个技术要求,包括油气层保护措施、完井井口装置及试压标准、完井生产管柱及工具选择、地面流程技术要求,为井队技术人员及相关施工人员在含硫气井完井施工中提供可靠的依据。
