企业成功与否,战略与执行力缺一不可,战略是方向,而执行力是推动企业前进的动力,执行力的高低直接关系到绩效与竞争力。执行力是企业贯彻落实领导决策、及时有效地完成、处理及解决问题的能力,是实现企业持续、稳定发展的保证。在电力建设中,施工任务通过层层传递由基层员工最终来完成,最终执行力的高低也通过员工来反映,因此切实提高员工的执行力及综合素质,是适应企业发展的迫切需要。
Business success or not, strategy and execution are indispensable, strategy is the direction, and executive power is to promote the motivation of enterprises, the level of executive power is directly related to performance and competitiveness. Executive ability is the ability of enterprises to implement leadership decision-making, complete, handle and solve problems in a timely and effective manner, and is the guarantee for the sustained and steady development of the enterprise. In the electric power construction, the construction tasks are finally delivered by grass-roots employees through layers of delivery. Finally, the level of executive power is also reflected by the employees. Therefore, improving the staff’s execution ability and overall quality is an urgent need to adapt to the development of the enterprise.
