从新疆 31属 1 0 8种豆科植物根瘤中分离获得 373株根瘤菌 ,其中 88株是从未报道过结瘤情况的豆科植物根瘤中分离获得的。这些根瘤菌能与豆科植物形成根瘤 ,其中 95%为有效根瘤。不同植物的根瘤具有不同的固氮活性 ,黄芪植物具有很高的固氮活性 ,其最大值可达当地同等条件下大?
373 strains of Rhizobia were isolated from the root nodules of 108 genera in 31 genera in Xinjiang, of which 88 were isolated from the nodules of leguminous plants that had never been reported for nodulation. These rhizobia can form nodules with legumes, of which 95% are effective nodules. Nodules of different plants have different nitrogen fixation activity. Astragalus plants have a high nitrogen fixation activity, and their maximum value can reach the maximum under the same local conditions.
