利用随机的自相关函数来描述互不固溶的磁性-非磁性颗粒薄膜体系中传导电子的散射势,从而求得了该体系的电阻率与颗粒尺度的一个函数关系。进而通过引入一个唯象因子以刻划在饱和外磁场下关联长度的增加,得到了巨磁电阻系数的解析表达式,计算结果显示理论能定性地解释磁电阻随铁磁颗粒大小变化的实验结果。
The stochastic autocorrelation function is used to describe the scattering potential of conduction electrons in the magnetically-nonmagnetic granular film system which is insoluble in each other. Thus, a functional relationship between the electrical resistivity of the system and the particle size is obtained. Furthermore, by introducing a phenomenological factor to characterize the increase of the correlation length under the saturated external magnetic field, the analytical expression of the GMR coefficient is obtained. The calculation results show that the theory can qualitatively explain the experimental results of the variation of the magnetoresistance with the size of the ferromagnetic particles .
