我代表水利电力部上海勘测设计院参加三峡初设要点座谈会的同志向大会发言。在座谈会开始的时候,林一山主任,李镇南总工程师和巴克塞也夫专家代表长办苏联专家组对我们做了报告。在以后小组座谈会上又听到了长办同志的补充介绍以及参加座谈会有关单位的意见,使我们对三峡初设要点报告内的主要问题有了一些粗浅的认识,现在想就三峡水利枢纽区坝段的比较和选择、正常高水位的比较和选择,以及装机容量问题谈谈我们的意见,以供大会和长办的参考。一、三峡水电站坝区坝段选择三峡水电站选择了两个此较坝区:一个是以三斗坪(美Ⅷ)坝段为代表的美人沱坝区;另一个是以南Ⅲ坝段为代表的南津关坝区。长办对这两个坝区,特别是在代表坝段上,进行了大量的勘测和设 On behalf of the Ministry of Water Conservancy and Electric Power Shanghai Surveying and Design Institute to participate in the Three Gorges Symposium on the first point to address the General Assembly. Now, Comparison and selection of dam sections, comparisons and choices of normal high water level, as well as the installed capacity, to discuss our opinions for reference of the General Conference and the Office of the Chief Executive Officer.
