人力资源管理是企业发展的动力源泉,是企业可持续发展的根本保障。员工面谈在企业人力资源管理中有着重要作用。而激励的目的是在提高企业全员劳动生产率和个人对职业的满足感,从而形成了企业的凝聚力和向心力。只有将员工面谈与激励机制相结合,才能激发员工的竞争意识,使这种外部推动力转化为一种员工自我努力提升的动力,进而充分发掘自我个人的潜能。
Human resource management is the source of power for the development of an enterprise and the fundamental guarantee for the sustainable development of an enterprise. Employee interview has an important role in the management of enterprise human resources. The purpose of the incentive is to enhance the full productivity of enterprises and personal satisfaction with the occupation, thus forming a cohesion and solidarity. Only by combining employee interview and incentive mechanism can we stimulate employees’ sense of competition and turn this external driving force into an employee motivation for self-improvement, so as to fully tap the potential of self.
