研究增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)在卵巢肿瘤中的表达及意义。方法:应用免疫组化ABC法检测133例卵巢肿瘤和12例正常卵巢组织PCNA的表达。结果:卵巢肿瘤与正常卵巢组织的PCNA表达有显著性差异。良性、交界性、恶性组 PCNA表达呈上升趋势(P< 0.05)。病理分类上皮性组 PCNA表达显著高于非上皮性组(P<0.05)。在上皮性组中,中、低分化组PCNA表达高于高分化组,晚期表达高于早期(P<0.05),PCNA表达与残存癌灶大小及淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05)。对患者生存期的分析表明,PCNA尚不能作为卵巢癌的独立预后判断因素。结论:卵巢肿瘤存在着细胞增殖活性的差异,细胞的过度增殖在卵巢癌的发生、发展中起一定作用。测定卵巢肿瘤PCNA的表达,对正确评价肿瘤的组织学分级有一定指导价值,并有助于筛选高危患者,指导“个体化”治疗。
To study the expression and significance of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in ovarian tumors. Methods: Immunohistochemical ABC method was used to detect the expression of PCNA in 133 cases of ovarian tumor and 12 cases of normal ovarian tissue. Results: There was a significant difference in PCNA expression between ovarian tumors and normal ovarian tissues. The expression of PCNA in benign, borderline and malignant groups showed an upward trend (P <0.05). Pathological classification of epithelial PCNA expression was significantly higher than non-epithelial group (P <0.05). In the epithelial group, the expression of PCNA in moderate and poorly differentiated group was higher than that in well differentiated group and higher in late stage (P <0.05). PCNA expression was not related with the size of residual tumor and lymph node metastasis (P> 0.05) . Analysis of patient survival shows that PCNA is not yet an independent prognostic factor for ovarian cancer. Conclusion: There is a difference in cell proliferative activity in ovarian tumors. Over-proliferation of cells plays a role in the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer. Determining the expression of PCNA in ovarian cancer has certain guiding value for the correct evaluation of the histological grade of the tumor, and is helpful for screening high-risk patients and guiding “individualized” treatment.
