对系统抗结核治疗了１月～３月无明显好转的６例Ⅲ期结核性脑膜脑炎病人予异烟肼５０ｍｇ、地塞米松１．５ｍｇ、链霉素０．１ｇ生理盐水稀释后鞘内缓慢注射，１０次为一疗程，脑脊液恢复正常１周以上停药继续用抗结核药治疗，随访１年～２年。结果：鞘内注药后病情均显著好转，１个疗程后脑脊液恢复正常，复发后继续用效果仍好。鞘内用药未见严重毒副作用。结论：鞘内注药治疗重症结核性脑膜炎疗效显著。
6 cases of stage III tuberculous meningoencephalitis who had no significant improvement in anti-TB treatment from January to March were treated with isoniazid 50 mg, dexamethasone 1.5 mg and streptomycin 0.1 g diluted with saline Slow injection, 10 times for a course of treatment, normal cerebrospinal fluid returned to normal for more than 1 week to continue treatment with anti-TB drugs, followed up for 1 year to 2 years. Results: After intrathecal injection, the condition was significantly improved. After one course of treatment, cerebrospinal fluid returned to normal, and the effect was still good after recurrence. Intrathecal medication without serious side effects. Conclusion: Intrathecal injection of severe tuberculous meningitis has a significant effect.
