阳煤技工学校作为阳煤集团的子单位,肩负着培养阳煤集团后备劳动者和各类技能人才队伍的重要使命。现作为示范院校,阳煤技工学校十分重视学生德育和思想政治教育,但在思想政治教育的方法、内容制度建设以及队伍建设等方面也存在着许多问题和不足。从分析技校学生身心特点及容易出现的几种不良倾向入手,指出了现阶段学校学生思想政治工作存在的主要问题,提出了新时期技校学生思想政治工作的建议。 As a sub-unit of Yangquan Coal Group, Yangmei Technical School is entrusted with the important mission of cultivating contingent workers and various skilled personnel in Yangmei Group. Now as a demonstration school, Yangmai Technical School attaches great importance to students’ moral education and ideological and political education. However, there are still many problems and deficiencies in the methods, content system construction and team building of ideological and political education. Starting with the analysis of the physical and mental characteristics of students in technical schools and the several unpleasant tendencies that tend to occur, the paper points out the main problems existing in the ideological and political work of school students at this stage and puts forward suggestions on the ideological and political work for technical school students in the new era.
