用75keV的氮和碳离子的不同剂量注入甜菊干种子,以γ射线作对比,研究其M1生物学效应和M2突变。结果表明,离子束能诱发甜菌染色体结构变异,染色体畸变细胞率随离子注入剂量的提高呈增加趋势。离子束对甜菊的M1损伤效应低于γ射线,而诱发的M2突变高于γ射线。碳离子诱发的染色体畸变细胞率和M2有益性状突变高于氮离子。离子注入杂交一代丰1×日原和日原×丰2的诱变效应大于济宁种和丰2。
The seeds of Stevia rebaudiana were infused with different doses of 75keV nitrogen and carbon ions, and the M1 biological effects and M2 mutation were studied by γ-ray contrast. The results showed that ion beam could induce the structural variation of the chromosome of the sweet and the rate of chromosome aberration increased with the increase of ion implantation dose. The damage effect of ion beam on the M1 of stevia was lower than that of γ-rays, while the induced M2 mutation was higher than that of γ-rays. The rate of chromosomal aberrations and M2 beneficial traits induced by carbon ions was higher than that of nitrogen ions. The mutagenic effects of ion implantation hybridization Feng 1 × Niyuan and Niyuan × Feng 2 were greater than that of Jining Karst 2.
