建立葛根素-β-环糊精包合物的包合率测定方法。采用紫外分光光度法测定吴葛根素-β-环糊精包合物中葛根素的含量,由此计算包合率。结果表明,葛根素在250nm处有最大吸收,浓度在15—65mg·mL-1时与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为:A=0.0129C+0.0304,r=0.9998(n=3);平均回收率为97.25%,RSD为0.43%。本方法操作简便易行,具有良好的重现性和精密度。
The determination of inclusion rate of puerarin-β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound was established. The content of puerarin in Wugengin-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry, and the inclusion rate was calculated. The results showed that puerarin had the maximum absorption at 250 nm, and showed a good linear relationship with absorbance at the concentration of 15-65 mg · mL-1. The regression equation was: A = 0.0129C + 0.0304, r = 0.9998 (n = 3) The average recovery was 97.25% with a RSD of 0.43%. The method is simple and easy to operate with good reproducibility and precision.
