以采空区松散堆积物为研究对象,分别设计模型箱注浆模型和压力注浆模型对浆液的扩散规律进行试验研究,探讨注浆压力、浆液水固比、孔隙率和注浆量对浆液扩散距离的影响规律。试验结果表明:注浆压力、浆液水固比、孔隙率和注浆量四个因素与浆液扩散距离之间存在定量关系,可用公式进行拟合,影响浆液扩散距离最为显著的是堆积物孔隙率,其次是注浆量和浆液水固比,注浆压力对浆液扩散距离的影响相对较小;浆液在松散堆积物中流动的压力损失是由浆液流速的不均匀性、浆液与松散堆积物的碰撞、浆液扩散时与堆积物的摩擦等原因造成的;对浆液在松散堆积物中扩散速率影响最为显著的是注浆压力,其次是堆积物孔隙率,浆液水固比影响最小。
